TRILOGIQ SA proudly announce Level 2 BBBEE

Trilogiq SA have recently restructured our shareholding. We are proud to announce our BBBEE status as a LEVEL 2 contributor with 51% Black and 32% Black female ownership.

Customers can now enjoy purchasing advantage benefits.

It is not compulsory for a business to obtain a BBBEE certificate, but an entirely voluntary process. However, for Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSEs) such as TRILOGIQ South Africa, there are a host of benefits for going through the restructuring process and obtaining Level 2 Certification.

Not only does this enable TRILOGIQ to conduct business with government sectors and public entities, it also shows TRILOGIQ’s commitment to making a positive impact on the economy by supporting empowerment initiatives.

TRILOGIQ is excited to be positioned to effectively supply its larger customers by being a substantial contributor in their procurement chain, offering 125% procurement recognition in 4 of the 5 Preferential Procurement sub-elements on the current BEE scorecard.

Trilogiq Management has taken the view that as part of our social responsibility, we wanted to embrace the new BBBEE codes. In restructuring the business we have allowed for a 51% shareholding by a Black Investment Company and a Black female partner. In doing so, TRILOGIQ has positioned itself with not only 51% Black Shareholding, but also 32% Black Female Shareholding. This affords existing and prospective customers multiple benefits under the new BBBEE Codes. Added to this we have acquired the distribution rights for Blickle Castors and Wheels from the importer Moducast SA Pty Ltd.

A really exciting opportunity to add to our “Solutions Basket”. Blickle is world renowned for the quality of their products, whilst being perfectly equipped to provide custom solutions as well.

I have to thank our Board, especially our CEO Mr. Nick Tyler and CFO Mr Olivier Langrand for their support and open mindedness in understanding the challenges and opportunities we have in South Africa.”

TRILOGIQ South Africa design, build and install modular ‘tube and joint’ solutions for a range of business scenarios. Trilogiq services include custom solution design, facilitation of lean process improvement, installation, component supply. Customers include market leaders in many sectors including aerospace, appliances, automotive, consumer products, heavy truck and electronics. In February of this year, Mr Nick Tyler took over as CEO of the TRILOGIQ GROUP, bringing over 30 years’ of experience in Lean Manufacturing solutions.  One if his first priorities as CEO was to make sure the product range, and the solutions delivered, matches the needs of our customers. TRILOGIQ has been highly innovative over the last few years in terms of products and services – but TRILOGIQ needed to continue to innovate without losing focus on the core business, and loyal industrial customer base. This prompted the reintroduction of the traditional Leantek Steel System, following the launch of the Graphit Composite System in 2014.
